Shikwasa's team navigated this blue ocean by leaning on a proven six-stage process, Initial Consultation, Concept Art, Grey 3D Model, Colored 3D Model, Colored Prototype, and Finished Piece, refined over ten years and shaped by continuous feedback loops with both the client and licensor. The result was an ambitious 2:1 scale bust packed with intricate details rarely seen at this size, including multiple LED lights and swappable components.

Delivered over a one-year timeline from concept to shipping, the finished figure struck the balance the project demanded: faithful enough to satisfy longtime fans, and striking enough to draw in collectors who'd never heard of the series.
