When Konami set out to bring Naked Snake to life as an official collectible for Metal Gear Solid Δ, they turned to a partner they already trusted. Years of prior collaboration had proven ability to deliver exceptional sculpting, materials, and finishing at a premium standard, so when it came time to scale that same level of craftsmanship into OEM manufacturing, Shikwasa Creatives was the natural choice to lead production.

The challenge was significant: Metal Gear Solid carries one of gaming's most passionate and detail-obsessed fanbases, and every aspect of the bust, from facial likeness to tactical gear to surface texture, had to hold up to their scrutiny while satisfying Konami's strict internal licensing standards. Shikwasa Creatives met this head-on with a structured, seven-stage production process spanning initial consultation, concept art, 3D modeling, grey and colored prototyping, packaging and COA design, and final mass production. With each stage backed by formal approval cycles and close coordination with Konami stakeholders.

The result: an OEM-produced bust that carries the same premium quality collectors expect from Figurama's high-end line, proving that trusted partnerships and rigorous process can elevate OEM manufacturing to genuine collectible-grade standards.

Shikwasa partnered with Konami to bring its 10+ years of premium collectible craftsmanship to the OEM production of official Metal Gear Solid Δ Naked Snake bust figures — from concept to mass production.
